My childhood nickname was Kasey-dilla, but that evolved into the more refined “Queso” by high school. Proof that my ideas had legs from an early age.

Originally from Dallas, TX, I traded world-class Tex-Mex for world-class mountains about 4 years ago when I moved to Asheville, NC.
